MVPS - Medium voltage power supply - 1300v for 100w operation

MVPS front panel	reasonably clean - no mouse nest here 3B28 rectifiers plus 5933 keyed shunt regulators
	so that's why it is so heavy!	before cleaning	after cleaning front end
