Significant ergonomic rework.  PHONE VOL knobs grouped with jacks, AUDIO LEVEL switch/meter/LINE LEVEL screwdriver-adjust pots grouped together, fuses below meter group, BFO knob grouped with mode selector, GAIN knob grouped with MGC/AGC switch and only used in MGC position.

Note - the stainless steel chains are much easier to install. 
Installing plastic chains requires disassembly of the sprocket assemblies.

The R-1051 and R-1051B parts lists say the 3 stainless steel chains are:
